Stay on the Manhattan side for this shortlist

The Brooklyn Bridge spans two boroughs, so a simple radius search can easily pull in DUMBO and Brooklyn Bridge Park. This guide intentionally keeps the editorial shortlist on the Lower Manhattan side so it works as a continuation of a Manhattan day.

The Seaport is the natural cluster

The strongest concentration sits around the South Street Seaport and East River waterfront. Pier 15, the Seaport, South Street Seaport Museum and Lightship Ambrose can be combined without creating another cross-borough transfer. Titanic Memorial Park adds a small historical stop farther into the Seaport area.

City Hall Park works from the Manhattan approach

City Hall Park is the farthest selected point at roughly 0.72 miles from the guide coordinate, but it remains inside the hard radius and is useful when entering or leaving the bridge from the Civic Center side.

Bridge conditions and paths can change

NYC DOT maintains the bridge and publishes current infrastructure information. The Haversine distances here are geographic checks, not walking-time estimates; approach ramps, pedestrian routing, construction and crowding affect the real route.

Editor-selected options

Distance is calculated from the landmark coordinates, not from a broad Midtown or neighborhood label. Walking routes may differ.
