The École - Elementary and Middle School Building

Among the smaller campuses in Manhattan sits a selective-admission building serving grades 6–8. The École combines core academics with dedicated spaces for design lab, outdoor play, and maker workshops. Sixth-graders rotate through woodshop projects, seventh-graders tackle robotics kits, and eighth-graders lead service-learning expeditions on Fridays. Classes are capped around twenty, and advisories split students into mixed-grade “houses” to ease transitions.
