Overhead train rumble on L tracks, but inside that’s just another layer of the city’s soundtrack. Another layer for the people who need clean, flexible rooms to capture voices, guitars, or full bands.

The team handles tracking, mixing, and mastering without locking you into a rigid package. You can bring a two-inch reel-to-reel for tape warmth or plug straight into a Neve console straight off the truck. Sessions can split days or run long nights—the backline gear list spans from vintage amps to modular synths, patchable to taste. Tracking drums? They moved the iso booth sound trap next door to avoid bleed from HVAC cycles.

No contract blocks your schedule, either. After 6 p.m. and on weekends they roll the backline into separate rooms for parallel overdubs. Clients only pay for the hours on deck and the mics they specify—nothing bundled, nothing hidden. If the aircon grips you later, a quiet outdoor stoop two doors down usually has open benches and cell service.
