practice room noho

Another option along Broadway is Practice Room NYC, a yoga studio that occupies the fourth floor at 650 Broadway in NoHo. Classes cover everything from vinyasa flows to restorative sessions, and the space identifies as women-owned. In a neighborhood where boutique studios often blend into the background, this one keeps the focus on movement rather than decor. Reach them at (646) 370-3501 to confirm the schedule.

Between Houston and Bleecker, the studio sits above the usual retail churn, offering a quiet counterpoint to the street-level energy. NoHo’s mix of loft conversions and older tenements makes the address easy to spot once you step off the sidewalk. For directions, check the map before heading up the stairs.
