Between Canal and Greenwich you’ll find most of the day-to-day distractions of the city. If you need a different kind of break, head two blocks north. Odyssey sits on the west side of 13 Wards Is Building 13, in a space where counseling and clinical services meet. Individual sessions share the floor with medication-assisted treatment and outpatient therapy, all in the same plain brick building that’s been part of Tribeca since the zoning changed.

Call in advance and someone will guide you through initial paperwork and insurance checks. You can also ask about group workshops, family support programs, or relapse-prevention planning. The lobby is on the second floor, but there’s no stage lighting—just a straight doorbell and the city outside.
