Kucetekela Foundation

A small non-profit north of 96th Street supports youth from Zambia who seek high-school educations in the United States. Funds cover annual tuition, room and board, and the paperwork required for visas, flights, and guardianship. Mentors meet the students during orientation before the academic year begins.

At the 1185 Park Avenue Apartment 2E you can find the Kucetekela Foundation office; pick up the paperwork or drop off checks Monday to Thursday before 3 p.m. If you need to send something after hours, a mail slot in the lobby stays open late.
