HELP Women’s Shelter

HELP provides confidential support for people navigating domestic abuse. Advocates here offer crisis lines, emergency shelter stays, legal guidance and court accompaniment — all wrapped in confidentiality. Plans don’t require copays; referrals accept insurance. Clients choose sessions by phone or in-person. The team translates materials and coordinates language interpreters as needed.
