Film Program

Film Program operates out of 2960 Broadway in New York, within blocks of the 1 train and the neighborhood’s classic campus calm. Aspiring directors, critics, and scholars rely on its specialized offerings year-round.

Alongside foundational courses in film history and theory, the department’s graduate workshops cover cinematography, editing, and documentary production. Undergraduates can explore screenwriting and digital media production, while visiting fellows present master classes open to enrolled students.
