Envirex Environmental Services

Envirex Environmental Services focuses on environmental hazards in New York homes and buildings. Its work includes identifying lead-based paint, arranging lead abatement, investigating moisture and mold concerns, and helping owners address housing-code violations. Those tasks require different kinds of evidence: a lead inspection may involve XRF testing or samples, while a mold investigation starts with understanding where moisture is entering a structure.

The company describes serving homeowners, landlords and property managers across New York City and the Hudson Valley. Its projects can involve containment, removal or encapsulation, documentation and follow-up clearance processes, depending on the hazard. Owners should distinguish inspection from remediation and clarify whether testing will be independent of the contractor performing the work. Envirex lists a Manhattan contact address in One World Trade Center, but inspections take place at the affected property. The official Envirex service guide explains lead testing, mold remediation and HPD compliance support.
