Columbia University Orchestra

Columbia University Orchestra plays on campus, drawing energy from Morningside Heights. A student-run group, it rehearses and performs around the area, curating classical and contemporary works. Near the corner of 116th, their space sits inside Dodge Hall on Broadway, a block from the subway buzz.

From full-length symphonies on weekends to chamber recitals in spring, the group balances rehearsals with public shows. They collaborate with guest conductors and soloists, programming everything from standard repertoire to new commissions.
