The Heights step off the 1 train at 167th Street and walk west toward Broadway, past the tiered brick townhouses and corner bodegas that still line the hill. Bridge Inc. sits inside a low-rise plaza a block later, tucked behind the traffic circle at 4500 Broadway.
The third-floor suite, #3C, is part of a 900-unit co-op, but the lobby lists them separately on the directory because they handle non-profit work for the coopers, the local business improvement district, and a handful of Upper Manhattan cultural groups.
A handful of services rotate through the office—grant writing, financial compliance training, and community-board presentations—but the sign on the door only says “Bridge Inc.” in plain type. They don’t list hours, which makes the (212) 568-7425 line the easiest way to reach them.
