While trying to order a VPS in the US location, I accidentally placed an order for a VPS in the DE (Germany) location. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted your support team and explained that I wanted to change the location. I was informed that it is not possible to migrate the VPS to another location, and that I should place a new order instead. Following this advice, I ordered a new VPS with the correct US location and stopped using the original server. If you check the server usage for v2202501249280307570 - RS 1000 G11 2M Rabatt, you will see that I haven’t used it. Regarding the cancellation date: Cancellation: A cancellation date of 06.01.2026 is noted for this product. I initially thought this meant January 6, 2025, so I didn’t feel the need to submit a ticket earlier. I believed I had already scheduled the cancellation for that date. Could you please reconsider this situation? I would appreciate it if an exception could be made, given that the server was never actually used.
